Have been looking for a massage chair that could hit the point that we badly needed.. have been looking at Zero healthcare on FB and decided to bring my wife to try the massage chair out.
Arrived at Zero Healthcare showroom located at Katong, we are attended by May and she showed us few massage chairs. She patiently explain the functions of the different massage chair and also answer our queries. We finally decided on the UR7sseries as it meet our requirement and looking fwd for the arrival. Thank you May for being so patient and attentive.

Henry attended to us to show us the promo massage chair for Father’s Day for my dad. He was very patient and took the time to explain to my parents and I the functions of the chair, the benefits and the other models for consideration.

Overall, he was warm and provided us with excellent customer service. We bought a better massage chair, which is also at a promotional price, together with a neck massager and an eye mask. He also shared another massage chair, Majestic, which I am considering to get it for myself.

They have a good knowledge of what they are selling, no hard selling. Was served by May, which has a good knowledge of the item’s that the company is selling.
Excellent service provided and comparing the different type of model to allow the customer to feel it for themselves before committed to the massage chair. Price is worth and affordable after comparing as delivery and installation are included in the price. Quite a few discounts and perks given and 5 years warranty. Just have to give them a call about any issues regarding the purchase, and they will come down with no charges for 5 years.
Unlike others, which only gave a 1 year warranty.
So overall, with the price tag. It is affordable as it is very worth the price 😊😊.
